SECRETS TO GLOWING SKIN🌈

Hey guys,

             How are you? I hope you all are doing well! In this post, I would like to tell you some secrets for glowing skin! Actually, these are not secrets. These are the things that we normally do but we don't give much attention or value to these things. Let's start!


  • FACEWASH: First of all, you need to know your skin type whether it is oily or dry or combination of both. Choose a facewash that is suitable for your skin type. You can ask your dermatologist for this. Wash your face 2 times in a day and pat dry with clean napkin. 

  • MOISTURIZE: Use right kind of moisturizer for your skin. Moisturizing can reduce the appearance of skin blemishes. It provides a seal over your skin to prevent water from escaping.


  • SUNSCREEN: Sunscreen helps to protect your skin from harmful ultraviolet rays of sun due to presence of sun protection factor. It is necessary to use sunscreen in every season and not only in summer as the rays of sun are carcinogenic. 


  • DRINK PLENTY OF WATER: Drinking atleast 7-8 glass of water in a day helps to detoxify body and skin. It shows observable results on your skin.



  • HAVE HEALTHY DIET: Include vegetables and fruits in your diet. Include antioxidants like vitamin C containing food like strawberries, kiwi, guava, oranges, papaya, etc. 
  • PROPER SLEEP: Good- quality sleep makes your skin look fresh and more radiant. 7-8 hours of sleep is necessary for adults. 
  • REMOVE MAKEUP: It is very important step to remove all the cosmetics from your skin as they contain harmful chemicals. You can use micellar water or wet wipes for this. It is necessary to wash your face with facewash after makeup removal. Don't skip this step.
  • EXFOLIATE: Exfoliation removes dead skin cells. Exfoliate atleast twice a week.
  • EXERCISE: You don't need to go to the gym for exercise. You can do simple exercises like Surya namaskar or Yoga daily at home. It helps in blood circulation and keeps skin glowing.
       
  • STAY HAPPY AND STRESS FREE: Being happy gives your skin a glow by increasing blood flow to the skin. When you are in stress, it appears on your face. Everyone is having stress in life, but you need to keep yourself happy and stress free by doing your favourite activities, by doing meditation, by good thoughts and by being positive. This is the key to instant glow!
